[Bug 191744] [NEW] Please remove haf-marketing-release from Hardy

Please remove haf-marketing-release from Hardy. In discussions with the
upstream Nokia guy that created the package, has stated that it isn't
necessary for non-Maemo distributions, and I have changed hildon-fm-l10n
and maemo-af-desktop-l10n to provide the same functionality that haf-
marketing-release provides. Also closes bug 145557 by pure side-effect.
