Rationale:
    New Debian revision fixes a number of usability bugs
    New Debian revision builds cleanly in hardy
    Ubuntu variation was limited to a rebuild

  * Add splitncv patch by Charles Goyard.
  * Updated lintian overrides.

hobbit (4.2.0.dfsg-8) unstable; urgency=low

  * Set umask to 022 on startup.
  * Fix mailq regexp in hobbitgraph.cfg, thanks to Roland Rosenfeld for the
