Please sync libgnome-java 2.12.7-4 (universe) from Debian unstable
(main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
- Change CC to gcc-4.2 so it matches the gcj version and finds jni.h
-> -I/usr/lib/jvm/java-gcj/include is the better solution
