[Bug 190527] [NEW] please remove mythdvd from hardy

Binary package hint: mythplugins

With Hardy, we have switched to the 0.21 release that is coming up in
the next 1-2 months. The old package mythdvd is obsolete and has been
replaced by mythvideo exclusively.  Can we please have it removed from
the archive?
