Please sync xjdic 24-7 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The only ubuntu change is 'eplace hardcoded numeric indices with portable symbolic constants'. This is fixed in debian

Changelog since current hardy version 24-6ubuntu1:

xjdic (24-7) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Fixed the FTBFS on GNU/kFreeBSD. Urgency set to medium. Closes: #414208
  * Added xjdrad. Closes: #438831
  * Bad usage of termios constants was breaking xjdic on PowerPC. 
    Closes: #258111
