I've just fixed a BIG bug that affects any gscan2pdf user with a
locale that uses utf8 seriously - i.e. Russian, Greek, Chinese, etc..
I have released 0.9.21, and already uploaded it to sid. It has been
accepted, but is not yet visible. As soon as it is, I'll ping - until
which time, I suggest holding off the sync.
