Please sync epigrass 1.5.1-4 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

This new Debian version fixes a bug of serious severity, adding a
dependency on python-matplotlib.  Without it, the package is unable to
run.

 epigrass  (1.5.1-4) unstable; urgency=low

   * debian/control:
     - Depends on python-matplotlib (Closes: #509863, LP: #295625).
     - Added myself to Uploaders.
