  Inspircd 1.1.22 has several important fixes that I'd like to see
integrated with Ubuntu.

Changelog entries are:

  inspircd  (1.1.22+dfsg-2) unstable; urgency=low

   * 01_fix_config_reload.dpatch - Fix crash on config reload.

I'm requesting that Ubuntu's current patches be dropped as Upstream has
produced a fix which has the same effect See [1].
