[Bug 228319] [NEW] [backport] phpBB3 to Hardy

You have been subscribed to a public bug by Scott Kitterman (kitterman):

phpBB3 is now in Intrepid, can we backport it to Hardy?

It's a rather simple program to install on a Linux server but if Hardy
is going to be supported fro 5 years on the server, I'd figure it should
at least have the latest forum software.

What do I have to do to get it backported?
