Please sync imgseek 0.8.6-2 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The .desktop file has been added in Debian. The python-xml Build-Depends has been dropped in Debian. The Homepage has been moved from the Description to its own field. The only Ubuntu change not applied upstream is bumping the Standards-Version from 3.7.2 to 3.7.3. Bumping the Standards-Version did not require any other changes. As a result, I feel that this change should be dropped in order to sync this package from Debian.

  * QA upload.
    + Set maintainer to QA group.
  * Correct homepage.
  * Remove python-xml dependency. (Closes: #468597)

    command. (Closes: #405341)
  * Improve watch file.
  * Include Ubuntu patch to add .desktop file.
  * Add missing include to fix FTBFS.
  * Fix menu section.
