Rejecting monkeystudio

Hi Simrun,

As I discussed with Steve Stalcup on IRC, I've rejected the upload of
monkeystudio from the Ubuntu NEW queue.  The package as uploaded appears to
embed and use its own copy of Qt Designer and qscintilla, both of which can
be found as separate packages in the archive, so embedding these is not very
appropriate; Steve has agreed to withdraw the package for now and present a
revised package which can use the packaged versions of these tools.
