Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

Change incorporated in Debian.

Changelog since current intrepid version 2.0.2-1ubuntu1:

rails (2.0.2-2) unstable; urgency=low

  * Added upstream patch from ticket #11127 to support the newer
    ruby-pg. (closes: #476449)
  * Added dependency on rubygems (closes: #468206)
  * Sqlite3 is now the default DB used, if another is not specified when
    the project is initially created. (closes: #468803)

rails (2.0.2-1.1) unstable; urgency=low

  * Non-maintainer upload.
  * Fix FTBFS by replacing File.cp with a simple "cp" call. Patch by Michael
