** Summary changed:

- Please backport clamav 0.92.1~dfsg2-1 from Hardy to Feisty
+ Please backport clamav 0.92.1~dfsg2-1.1 from Hardy to Feisty

** Description changed:

This is a complex, multi-step backport due to the soname change in
libclamav. All the redpends have been tested and the process for related
  backports is described below. See:

  https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-clamav/+archive
  https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MOTU/Clamav

Although test coverage is not 100%, based on my experience with the
Dapper backport, I think test coverage is sufficient to support low risk
  execution of the backport.

  Initial phase:

- No change backport of clamav 0.92.1~dfsg2-1 from Hardy to Feisty
+ No change backport of clamav 0.92.1~dfsg2-1.1 from Hardy to Feisty
No change backport of pyclamd_0.1.1-0ubuntu1 from Hardy to Feisty if not already done (see Bug #219040)

Both these packages will need to go through binary New.

Once libclamav3 is built and in the archive for feisty-backports the the
  next steps can proceed:

  No change backports from Hardy:

  avscan - 3.2.2-openssl-1build1
  clamcour - 0.2.2-1.2build1
  clamtk_3.08-1ubuntu1
  dansguardian - 2.8.0.6-antivirus-6.4.4.1-4build1
  havp - 0.86-1build1
  klamav - 0.42-0ubuntu5
  php-clamavlib - 0.13-1ubuntu1
  python-clamav - 0.4.0-1build1

  No change rebuilds from Feisty:

  sylpheed-claws - 1.0.5-5.1ubuntu0.1+feisty1
  sylpheed-claws-gtk2 - 2.6.0-1.1ubuntu1+feisty1

If the last ones need to be uploaded as a source backport, just let me
  know.

Please ping me on IRC if this is at all unclear or you need more
  information.
