[Bug 214955] [NEW] remove bazaar package from hardy

Binary package hint: bazaar

To avoid the confusion described in bug 143998, the 'bazaar' package
should be deleted from Hardy, leaving only bzr.

When baz will build from source it can be reinserted into Debian and
Ubuntu under the name baz.
