The affected packages are all binary packages, from the linux-meta, linux,
and linux-{restricted,ubuntu,backports}-modules-2.6.24 packages. Perhaps
the MIR team has no opinion on this issue, but given that the packages have
been in universe/multiverse as long as I've been watching, I wanted to get a
second opinion from /someone/ before promoting the binaries. :)
