Please sync tex4ht_20080125-1 from Debian (testing).

There is a later version (20080228-1) in unstable, but that fails to
build due to dependency issues (java-gcj-compat-dev(inst 1.0.77-2ubuntu2
! >= wanted 1.0.77-4)

However, version 20080125-1 builds today on a fresh hardy sbuilder.

There are quite a few changes in the new version relative to the
existing one. A lot of them have to do with avoiding compiler warnings
by making explicit casts of (char *). That said, there are modifications
to 857 files (see attached diffstat).

OTOH, there are also several bug fixes in this release, closing 6 BTS's.
