Please sync polgen-dfsg 1.3-4 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Note: -3 was never uploaded to Debian, thus the old date appearing in the 
changelog.

polgen-dfsg (1.3-4) unstable; urgency=low

  * This is an NMU ack. Thanks for the help.
  * Bug fix: "polgen: bashism in /bin/sh script", thanks to Raphael

polgen-dfsg (1.3-3) unstable; urgency=low

  * Added a suggestion for the non-free documentation. Bumped the
    standards version. Tightened python dependencies to be in sync with
    the move to version 2.4.
