Please remove gpgme 0.3.16-2 (source) and it's binaries (libgpgme-dev
and libgpgme6) from Gutsy.

This is an extremely old, buggy, and unsupported developmental library
that was long ago superceded.

It's only remaining rdepend is sylpheed-claws which is also subject to a
removal bug.
