Please sync dvgrab 3.0-1 (universe) from debian (unstable).

The Ubuntu patch for dvgrab 1.8 can be dropped, it has been fixed
upstream. I think it's necessary to sync/uvf this package because it
contains tons of bugfixes, those bugs have not been reported in LP, but
I've heard people complaining about this on IRC. This new package
doesn't seem to contain any new feature.

I will attach the needed files
