Please sync fbi (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The Ubuntu delta is the addition of bsdmainutils to the Build-Depends, which is no longer required. It builds and installs fine in a Hardy chroot.

Changelog since current hardy version 2.05-3ubuntu2:

fbi (2.06-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream release 2.06
    - Drop fix-autozoom.diff (obsolete)
    - New Patches: dont-strip-binaries.diff, enable-debug-syms.diff
      Build with debug symbols and call dh_strip, which honors
      "DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS=nostrip" (Closes: #436822)
