[Bug 158020] Sync kolab-webadmin (2.1.0-20070510-2) from debian unstable

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kolab-webadmin

Ubuntu changes are now integrated inside debian as well, so we can
simply sync this from debian unstable.

Latest Ubuntu entry:

kolab-webadmin (2.1.0-20070510-1ubuntu1) gutsy; urgency=low

  * Merge from Debian unstable. Remaining Ubuntu changes:
    - Depends on php5
    - Modify Maintainer value to match Debian-Maintainer-Field Spec
