[Bug 158015] Sync manedit (0.8.1-3) from debian unstable

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: manedit

Ubuntu changes are now merged into Debian as well, so we can sync this
directly from Debian Unstable.

Latest Ubuntu entry:

manedit (0.8.1-2ubuntu1) gutsy; urgency=low

  * Added desktop files for manedit and manview (LP: #130422)
  * Update Maintainer field in debian/contol
