Please sync apr (1.2.11-1) from Debian unstable (main).
There is no ubuntu change in 1.2.7-8.2ubuntu1, its just a build upload:

apr (1.2.7-8.2ubuntu1) gutsy; urgency=low

  * No-change upload to build against fixed libtool on lpia.
