Rejecting qdevelop

Hi Daniel,

I reject qdevelop from source NEW, since the orig.tar.gz ships
questionable binary files:

./astyle-plugin/build/o/unix/ASResource.o

./astyle-plugin/build/o/unix/astyledialogimpl.o
./astyle-plugin/build/o/unix/moc_astyleplugin.o
./astyle-plugin/build/o/unix/moc_astyledialogimpl.o
./astyle-plugin/lib/libastyle-plugin.so

I guess they are just from an unclean build, but the build system
might not regenerate them automatically, it is cluttering up the
tarball, and it cannot be verified how these were built.

Please fix this and reupload with the same version (please stall it
for Hardy, though, unless you request a feature freeze [1] exception).
