Rejecting nuvexport

Hi Mario,

I had to reject your nuvexport package, because the orig.tar.gz does
not contain a copy of the license. COPYING.txt just refers to an URL
which is not sufficient.

If you are at it, can you please clarify debian/copyright? It says

 "... Foundation; either version 2 of the License."

Please say "version 2 of the license only." or so, to disambiguate the
sentence.
