Ubuntu changes that should be dropped:
* Build libdb4.5-java-gcj - change merged in Debian 4.5.20-6
* Honor nocheck in DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS - change merged in Debian
* drop hppa java support for now - the libdb4.5-java package has built successfully on hppa in Debian and should also build successfully in Ubuntu
* enable NPTL across the board for linux - the way this was done in Ubuntu was actually a no-op because the option name passed to configure was wrong, and in any case this appears to be merged in Debian 4.5.20-8.
** Affects: db4.5 (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
