Please sync passepartout 0.7.0-1  (universe) from Debian unstable
(main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The ubuntu changes are:
 New upstream release / Remove patches applied upstream
 libxml++1.0-dev -> libxml++1.0-dev (>= 1.0)
The new upstram versin is in debian, and the libxml++ change is no longer relevant (as in hardy the lowest version is 1.0.4-1.2)
