Please sync xmedcon 0.9.10-2  (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The Ubuntu package used dh_icons in debian/rules. This is now in Debian.

  * closes: #449032 (added dh_icons to rules to adjust to ubuntu source)
