[Bug 159716] Sync sendmail 8.14.2-1 from Debian Unstable

Binary package hint: sendmail

Ubuntu changes are now included in Debian as well, so we can directly
sync this from Debian Unstable.

Latest Ubuntu entry:

sendmail (8.14.1-11ubuntu1) hardy; urgency=low

  * Merge from Debian unstable. Remaining Ubuntu changes:
    - Fixed a wrong emphasis in update_tls.in file.
    - Update maintainer field as per spec.
