[Bug 117451] Re: resync pidgin-libnotify from debian

Please sync pidgin-libnotify from Debian unstable (main).
It's replacement for gaim-libnotify.

gaim-libnotify has no Ubuntu changes
pidgin-libnotify builds cleanly in a gutsy pbuilder.
