[Bug 117153] sync strigiapplet 0.5.1-1 from debian unstable

Public bug reported:

Please sync strigiapplet 0.5.1-1 from debian unstable.

Debian package now includes the fix for kfile (do not package buggy
kfile plugins), therefore we do not need Ubuntu specific package
anymore.

Ubuntu changes can be overridden.
