Please sync nanourl (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Only change was the migration to php5 dependencies. They've now been
added as alternatives in Debian.

Changelog since current gutsy version 0.1-7ubuntu1:

nanourl (0.1-7.1) unstable; urgency=high

  * Non-maintainer upload during BSP.
  * Fix unconditional use of debconf in postrm (Closes: #417008).
  * Add php5 alternatives to dependencies (Closes: #424838).
