The Ubuntu changes are as follows:

 * New upstream release.
 * Fix debian/rules to deal with the new 1.2 layout.
 * Fix the 10_localhost patch to apply.
 * Add Build-Depends on rubygems.

The first can of course be ignored, as can the second. The third has
been done in Debian, and the fourth is not required, since the Debian
build doesn't require gems.
