[Bug 96969] Should be removed before feisty, removed from debian too

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: openoffice.org-soikko

This package should be removed from Ubuntu, it's not updated anymore,
it's non-free, one platform and it has been replaced by a free/open-
source spellchecker openoffice.org-voikko [1] and related libraries
(libvoikko, malaga, suomi-malaga).

Openoffice.org-soikko was removed from Debian on 25th of December 2006
[2], and it was never part of testing.

It'd be rather good to remove it before Ubuntu 7.04 is released, because
confusion may happen because of the similar names. It's also unknown
whether the package works at all with current OpenOffice.org releases.
