[Bug 92622] [REMOVE] Please remove ndiswrapper-1.1 from archives

Please remove ndiswrapper-1.1 from archives. The reasons are stated
below:

- ndiswrapper-1.1 provides ndiswrapper-utils. The name suggests that it is a metapackage and installs the latest version of ndiswrapper, which is not right, it installs version 1.1.
- ndiswrapper-1.1 does not work on Feisty (and did not on Edgy)
- there is already a newer version in the archives, which works, namelyndiswrapper-utils-1.9 provided by the source package ndiswrapper
