Please sync apache (1.3.34-4.1) from Debian unstable (main).

The Ubuntu package has no changes anymore: there was a change to build-
depend on libdb4.3-dev (instead of libdb4.4-dev) which was undone after
apache2 transitioned to libdb4.4-dev.
