Rejecting vnc2swf

Hi Lionel!

I had to reject your vnc2swf upload, because the source tarball
contains some .swf files. These are not the prefered form of
modification, you need additional (or other) files to edit them
(*.fla) [Disclaimer: this is just parroting, I don't know anything
about flash.]

Please either get those files licensed under a less restrictive
license like BSD, remove them, or add files which can be edited.
