I'm rejecting gizmod from the NEW queue.  The sources files are
licenced as Apache 2 but the COPYING file is GPL 2 as are some build
files.  Apache 2 and GPL licences conflict.  You should contact
upstream to release a tar with a correct COPYING file and preferably
not include the GPL licenced build files but rather relibtoolize at
compile time.  

(You also point to GPL-2 for the common licence file, but as it is
talking about 2 or later it is best practice to refer to the GPL
symlink in common-licences.)
