Please sync thuban (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The Ubuntu delta has a build depend for docbook-xml, which has now been 
included in Debian.

thuban (1.2.0-2) unstable; urgency=low

  * Added build-dep from docbook-xml.
