Please sync gfax (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The only differences between Ubuntu and Debian now is the Maintainer field and changelog entries.

Changelog since current gutsy version 0.7.6-0ubuntu2:

gfax (0.7.6-3) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Rebuild against libevolution2.0-cil 0.12.3
    + With this new evolution# version, gfax is not pulling anymore a complete
      evolution installation in.
  * debian/patches/fr.po.dpatch:
    + French translation contributed by
      Enguerrand Catillon <enguerrand.catillon at gmail.com>
  * debian/control:
    + Added missing gnome-doc-utils build-dependency. (Closes: #422127)

  * New upstream release.
  * debian/patches/00list:
    + Disabled 01_fix_makefile, 03_compile_fix and   
      04_use_gconfsharp-schemagen_wrapper, they are not needed anymore.
  * debian/patches/fix_glade_handler_signatures.dpatch:
    + Fixes method signatures of signal handlers, caused crash thus urgency
      set to medium. (Closes: #387946)
  * debian/control:
    + Removed libdbus-1-cil from build-deps, gfax isn't using D-Bus yet.

gfax (0.7.3+0.7.4-051223-1) unstable; urgency=low

    + Upstream rewrote gfax in C#, thus new source package

  * Wrote 01_fix_makefile.dpatch, it fixes the permission of /var/spool/gfax.
  * Wrote 02_libgnomeprint_path.dpatch, the detection of the libgnomeprint
    version was failing easily.
  * Wrote 03_compile_fix.dpatch, fixes 2 missing variable initialization
  * Wrote 04_use_gconfsharp-schemagen_wrapper.dpatch, executing .exe files
    directly will not work without binfmt support (buildds don't have them for
    instance)
