Rejecting iceape

Hi,

I had to reject iceape because the tarball contains files which no
source code is provided for:

./toolkit/mozapps/installer/windows/nsis/Processes.dll
./toolkit/mozapps/installer/windows/nsis/ShellLink.dll
./toolkit/mozapps/installer/windows/nsis/nsProcess.dll
./widget/src/os2/res/*.ptr

and perhaps also

./xpfe/bootstrap/macbuild/Contents/Resources/*.icns

Thus the orig.tar.gz is not distributable under the GPL/LGPL licenses (as
advertised in debian/copyright). 

MPL section 3.2 mandates the "Availability of Source Code" (with
"Source Code" being "the preferred form of the Covered Code for making
modifications to it"), thus this also violates the MPL.

Please repack the orig.tar.gz to either include the sources for those,
or just drop those files (I guess they are not needed for a
Debian/Ubuntu package). Please also pass this to upstream, since I
guess they ship those files in their tarballs as well.
