Please sync idjc (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Ubuntu delta was a new upstream release without packaging changes.

Changelog since current gutsy version 0.6.12-0ubuntu1:

idjc (0.6.12-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * Adopting package (Closes: #424895)
  * New upstream release
  * debian/control: remove XS-X-Vcs-Svn and XS-Vcs-Browser tags
