Rejecting ichthux-meta upload to feisty-updates

Hi Raphael,

I rejected your ichthux-meta upload to feisty-updates. There is no
package in feisty-proposed and the changelog does not mention a bug
report, so this does not comply to the MOTU SRU Policy:
