qca2 binaries rejected

Hi,

I have rejected the binaries resulting from your qca2 upload as they
contain various files in /usr which shouldn't be there:

-rw-r--r-- root/root    124527 2007-07-27 17:11:35 ./usr/certs/rootcerts.pem

In addition, please update the FSF address in the copyright file.
