Rejecting ubuntustudio-sounds

Hi Toby,

it seems that the upstream package is licensed solely under CC-BY-SA
(according to ./COPYING), which on its own is fine. However,
debian/copyright has a weird clause:

| Reused and totally repackaged with the author's permission for Ubuntu Studio,
| and relicensed with that same permission; to be kept as a native Ubuntu |
| package.

This tries to restrict the freedom of the original license
specifically for Ubuntu (Studio) and is both legally invalid (since we
can also use the 'upstream' package and get its license) and also
confusing, since having a native or non-native package should be
irrelevant for licensing.

Please clarify that paragraph; preferably it should be completely
dropped.

Thank you,

Martin
