It is compatible to the kernel, but it needs a newer python-launchpad-
bugs in Feisty.

Also, I am not terribly convinced that we need it in feisty, since we
disabled the automatic crash notification by default. I'm still fine
with backporting it once someone runs /usr/share/apport/testsuite/run-
tests on feisty with the backported packages and it succeeds.
