archive-cruft-check fails

Ah, I see. I updated https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ArchiveAdministration for
this change and fixed my cron.NBS.

Splendid.

I removed ~/bin/archive-cruft-check now to avoid confusion (and fix
tab completion).
