Rejecting ubuntustudio-sounds

I have rejected ubuntustudio-sounds from NEW queue.

The licencing seems to be sorted now noting the e-mail at the end of
debian/copyright, thanks for that.

However the file names are far too generic and would be in danger of
polluting the namespace.  Please move them from
/usr/share/sounds/foo.wav to /usr/share/sounds/ubuntustudio-foo.wav or
something else suitable.
