Please sync diogenes  0.9.20-2 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Rationale:
    New Debian revision includes fix to allow safe purge
    New Debian revision contains additional package cleanup
    New Debian revision builds successfully on gutsy

Additional Debian changelog:

diogenes (0.9.20-2) unstable; urgency=low

  * Acknowledge NMU (Closes: #416740, #388603, #415489).
  * Check whether ucf is available in postrm (Closes: #431520).
  * Use ${source:Version} instead of ${Source-Version}.
