Please sync centericq (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
libcurl4-* has been NBSed, and we likely want to follow Debian in gnutls migration.

Changelog since current gutsy version 4.21.0-19ubuntu2:

centericq (4.21.0-20) unstable; urgency=low

  * New mantainer, Closes: #416958 
  * Changed to libcurl4-gnutls instead libcurl4-openssl due to non-compatible
    license, Closes: #424654
  * Was proved that the libmsn update (3.1.1 to 3.2) contained in new-msn.dpatch
    fixed some open bugs, Closes: #393522
  * The SSL support for jabber and gadu-gadu don't work for now due to them were
    removed to avoid the *openssl dependencies. It will be fixed in the new 
    package centerim.
